  • Students may request a refund for any course within the first three (3) classes after joining the course.
  • No refunds will be issued after this initial three-class period.

  • Upon the approval of a refund, access to course materials, including lectures, assignments, and other resources, will be promptly revoked. Students who have received a refund will no longer have access to these materials.

8. Student Conduct and Disruption Policy

Mentor Online is committed to providing a positive and productive learning environment for all students. We expect students to engage in respectful and constructive behavior. In the event that a student’s conduct becomes disruptive, threatening, or otherwise problematic, the following policy will be applied:

  • Warning: In the case of minor disruptions or behavioral issues, the student may receive a warning. The student will be notified of the issue and expected to rectify their behavior.
  • Suspension: If disruptive behavior continues despite warnings, Mentor Online reserves the right to suspend the student from the course temporarily. During the suspension, the student will not have access to course materials or participate in classes.
  • Expulsion: In cases of severe or repeated misconduct, Mentor Online may expel the student from the course. Expelled students will not be eligible for refunds and may be banned from future enrollments.
