Mentor Online is committed to providing quality education and ensuring a conducive learning environment for all our students. Before enrolling in any of our courses, we ask that you carefully read and understand the following Refund Policy. These terms outline our refund policy, expectations for student conduct, and procedures for handling disruptive behavior. We are dedicated to maintaining a positive and productive educational experience for everyone, and these terms are designed to ensure fairness, integrity, and privacy in our online learning community.

1. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of Mentor Online’s courses, you can claim a refund before starting of 2nd LIVE session. For example, if you enrolled for the 12th October batch and your first class is scheduled on 12th October and the second class is scheduled on 13th October. You can ask for your refund before the start of the 13th October class.

In short, your refund can ONLY be processed if asked before the starting of the 2nd LIVE session. The refund policy does not change whether you attend the classes or not.

Refund will be processed within 12 to 14 Working days.

2. No-Show Policy

  • Mentor Online reserves the right to implement a no-show policy. This may involve a nominal fee for students who consistently fail to participate in classes.

3. Code of Conduct and Plagiarism Policy

  • All students must adhere to a code of conduct and maintain academic integrity.
  • Mentor Online has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and other forms of academic dishonesty, which may result in disciplinary actions, including course expulsion without a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 12 to 14 days from the date of the request.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used during enrollment.

7. Access to Course Materials

  • Upon the approval of a refund, access to course materials, including lectures, assignments, and other resources, will be promptly revoked. Students who have received a refund will no longer have access to these materials.

8. Student Conduct and Disruption Policy

Mentor Online is committed to providing all students with a positive and productive learning environment. We expect students to engage in respectful and constructive behavior. If a student’s conduct becomes disruptive, threatening, or otherwise problematic, the following policy will be applied:

  • Warning: In the case of minor disruptions or behavioral issues, the student may receive a warning. The student will be notified of the issue and expected to rectify their behavior.
  • Suspension: If disruptive behavior continues despite warnings, Mentor Online reserves the right to suspend the student from the course temporarily. During the suspension, the student will not have access to course materials or participate in classes.
  • Expulsion: In cases of severe or repeated misconduct, Mentor Online may expel the student from the course. Expelled students will not be eligible for refunds and may be banned from future enrollments.

We take student conduct seriously, and our aim is to maintain a conducive learning environment for all. If you believe that a fellow student’s behavior is disruptive or problematic, please contact our support team to report the issue.

By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms of the Refund Policy. Mentor Online reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised “31-03-2024” date.
