By using our website, purchasing a course, or subscribing to any of our content creation services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

MentorOnline provides the following:

Facebook page content creation and management services (Seed, Scale, Elite packages)
TikTok Automation online course
Physical Facebook and TikTok training courses

All services are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment must be made in full before any service or course access is activated. We accept bank transfers only. Payment confirmation must be shared via WhatsApp along with a transaction screenshot. MentorOnline reserves the right to withhold service activation until payment is verified.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases — whether for content creation services, online courses, or physical training programs — are strictly non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details. By completing payment, you agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Content Creation Services

For clients subscribed to our content creation packages:

You agree to provide Facebook page admin access within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
You agree to provide niche direction and reference content links as requested.
MentorOnline retains full creative control over content style, format, and scheduling within the agreed package scope.
No revisions or change requests are included. Scope is fixed as per the selected package.
MentorOnline will hold admin-level access only. Page ownership remains with the client at all times.
Client may revoke access at any time, however no refund will be issued for unused days in the billing cycle.

6. Course Enrollment

By enrolling in any MentorOnline course:

You receive personal, non-transferable access to course content.
You may not share, resell, copy, or distribute course material in any form.
Access is granted for personal learning purposes only.
MentorOnline reserves the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.

7. Results Disclaimer

MentorOnline does not guarantee specific results from any course or service. Income claims and page growth examples shared on our website are based on real experiences but are not guarantees of the same outcome. Results vary depending on niche, consistency, audience, and platform algorithm changes. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for your own results.

8. Facebook & TikTok Platform Disclaimer

MentorOnline operates within the guidelines of Facebook and TikTok platforms. However, we have no control over platform decisions including account restrictions, monetization eligibility changes, algorithm updates, or account disabling. MentorOnline is not liable for any losses resulting from platform-side actions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on mentoronline.pk — including text, images, course material, and branding — is the intellectual property of MentorOnline. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our content without prior written permission.

10. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information during onboarding and purchase.
Cooperate in a timely manner when page access or reference materials are requested.
Treat our team with respect in all communications.
Not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or replicate our systems or workflows.

11. Limitation of Liability

MentorOnline shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, courses, or website. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

12. Changes to Terms

MentorOnline reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
